ບໍລິສັດ ເທີນ-ຫີນບູນ ພາວເວີ ຈໍາກັດ (THPC) ໄດ້ຮັບການຍ້ອງຍໍ ໃນຖານະປະຕິບັດພັນທະທາງກົດໝາຍດີເດັ່ນ

ບໍລິສັດ ເທີນ-ຫີນບູນ ພາວເວີ ຈຳກັດ (THPC) ໄດ້ຮັບການຍ້ອງຍໍຢ່າງເປັນທາງການ ຈາກກະຊວງການເງິນ ແຫ່ງ ສປປ ລາວ, ໃນຖານະເປັນບໍລິສັດທີ່ ປະຕິບັດພັນທະຖືກຕ້ອງຕາມລະບຽບກົດໝາຍດີເດັ່ນ ຕະຫຼອດໄລຍະ 5 ປີຜ່ານມາ (2020–2024).
ພິທີຍ້ອງຍໍດັ່ງກ່າວໄດ້ຈັດຂຶ້ນໃນຕອນເຊົ້າຂອງວັນທີ 31 ຕຸລາ 2025, ໃນໂອກາດສະເຫຼີມສະຫຼອງຄົບຮອບ 75 ປີ ແຫ່ງການເຕີບໃຫຍ່ຂະຫຍາຍຕົວຂອງຂະແໜງການເງິນ, ຢູ່ທີ່ຫໍປະຊຸມແຫ່ງຊາດ, ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ໂດຍການເປັນກຽດມອບໂດຍ ທ່ານ ສັນຕິພາບ ພົມວິຫານ, ກຳມະການສູນກາງພັກ, ເລຂາຄະນະບໍລິຫານງານພັກ, ລັດຖະມົນຕີກະຊວງການເງິນ ແລະ ຂຶ້ນຮັບໂດຍ ທ່ານ ຈີ່ຊົ່ງ ຈື່ຫວ່າໄຊກິ, ຜູ້ອໍານວຍການໃຫຍ່, ບໍລິສັດ ເທີນ-ຫີນບູນ ພາວເວີ ຈຳກັດ.
ບໍລິສັດ THPC ມຸ່ງໝັ້ນຢ່າງເຂັ້ມງວດໃນການດຳເນີນທຸລະກິດໃຫ້ຖືກຕ້ອງ ແລະ ສອດຄ່ອງກັບລະບຽບກົດໝາຍ ແລະສັນຍາທີ່ໄດ້ເຊັນໄວ້. ບໍລິສັດ THPC ເຊື່ອໝັ້ນວ່າ: "ຄວາມສຳເລັດທີ່ແທ້ຈິງ ຕ້ອງຕິດພັນກັບຄວາມຖືກຕ້ອງ." ດັ່ງນັ້ນ, ການປະຕິບັດຕາມລະບຽບກົດໝາຍຈຶ່ງບໍ່ແມ່ນພຽງແຕ່ເປັນໜ້າທີ່ເທົ່ານັ້ນ, ແຕ່ມັນຍັງສະແດງເຖິງຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບ ແລະ ຄວາມຊື່ສັດສູງສຸດ ຕໍ່ສັງຄົມ ແລະ ຕໍ່ປະເທດຊາດ.

ບໍລິສັດ ເທີນ-ຫີນບູນ ພາວເວີ ຈຳກັດ ປະກອບມີສອງເຂື່ອນຄື: ເຂື່ອນເທີນ-ຫີນບູນ ແລະ ເຂື່ອນນ້ຳຍວງ, ມີກຳລັງຕິດຕັ້ງລວມ 520 ເມກາວັດ. ນັບຕັ້ງແຕ່ການຜະລິດໄຟຟ້າຂອງໂຄງການ ແຕ່ປີ 1998 ຫາ 2025 ບໍລິສັດ ເທີນ-ຫີນບູນ ພາວເວີ ຈຳກັດ ໄດ້ປະຕິບັດພັນທະໃຫ້ລັດຖະບານຫຼາຍກວ່າ 897.12 ລ້ານໂດລາສະຫາລັດ ຊຶ່ງລວມມີ: ເງິນປັນຜົນ 563.01 ລ້ານໂດລາສະຫະລັດ, ເງິນຄ່າພາກຫຼວງ 136.3 ລ້ານໂດລາສະຫະລັດ, ອາກອນກໍາໄລ 164.77 ລ້ານໂດລາສະຫະລັດ ແລະ ເງິນສົ່ງຄືນຕົ້ນທຶນໃຫ້ລັດຖະບານ 33 ລ້ານໂດລາສະຫະລັດ.
Theun-Hinboun Power Company Limited (THPC) has received formal recognition from the Ministry of Finance of the Lao PDR as an Outstanding Company for Legal Compliance for the period 2020–2024.
The commendation ceremony was held on October 31, 2025, during the celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Growth and Development of the Finance Sector at the National Convention Center in Vientiane Capital.
The award was presented by Mr. Santiphap Phomvihane, Minister of Finance, and was received by Mr. Jyxiong Juevaxaiki, Managing Director of THPC.
THPC remains firmly committed to conducting its business in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. The company upholds the belief that “True success must be tied to integrity.” For THPC, compliance is not merely a legal requirement but a demonstration of the highest standards of responsibility and honesty toward society and the nation.
This consistent fulfillment of obligations represents a proactive and vital contribution to the sustainable socio-economic development of the Lao PDR.
THPC operates two hydropower facilities: the Theun-Hinboun Dam and the Nam Gnouang Dam, with a combined installed capacity of 520 MW.
From the commencement of power generation in 1998 through 2025, THPC has contributed more than US$ 897 million to the Government of Lao PDR, comprising:
• Dividends: US$ 563.01 million
• Royalties: US$ 136.30 million
• Profit Tax: US$ 164.77 million
• Capital Repayment to the Government: US$ 33 million
Through strong governance, transparency, and accountability, THPC continues to play an important role in the development of the Lao power sector and the nation’s sustainable growth.
