Today marks Melhem's 71st birthday, the second one we face without him.

And though today is a reminder of Melhem's absence, it is also a reminder of the countless ways he filled the world around him with love and joy, and he did it effortlessly just by being himself.

Dad we miss you dearly, and while your time here felt too short, your legacy is eternal. It guides us in unseen ways.
Once again I will say that we couldn't have asked for a better father, and our mother a better husband.
