FAQ: How does the private chef work?

Breakfast is included, with a choice of Sri Lankan or Western favorites.

For lunch and dinner, simply choose from our menu.

The chef shops, cooks, serves, and clears away afterward.
You’ll only pay for the ingredients plus a 15% service charge.

One thing worth knowing: meals are prepared for the table, rather than everyone ordering separately. It’s how we keep everything fresh and beautifully cooked.

We know that firsthand, which is why Villa Sisila comes with a complimentary cot and high chair, a shaded plunge pool for little swimmers, a children’s menu, board games, a TV room, a trusted nanny service, and a master bedroom that connects directly to the twin room when family logistics require it.

Galle Fort - one place we recommend to every guest.

Thirty minutes from the villa, four hundred years of history, excellent cafés, beautiful boutiques, and one of our favorite places to spend a slow afternoon.

Our only advice? Skip midday. Go later, when the walls begin to cool and the light becomes magical.
