The space

The two Balapitya studios are situated in a compund together with the Gecko Boutique Villa and share the swimming pool and the outside breakfast area. The Studios have a comfortable double bed with mosquito netting, TV, air conditioning and amenities to make tea or coffee. Your housekeeper will serve you breakfast (including various fresh fruits, smoothies, Sri Lankan specialties upon request) and clean the rooms daily. Lunch and dinner (Home made Sri Lankan or from a restaurant) can be provided upon request.

Guest access

The studio is a separate house with a small terrace under the roof. You only share the pool (10m x 4m, 2m deep plus kids area) and the outside breakfast area with the other studio and the villa, but you can take your breakfast inside or on your terrace if you prefer.
