Some of the most “advanced” yoga practitioners can do extraordinary things with their bodies and still struggle to sit with themselves in silence. (Like me sometimes 😉)
A difficult pose does not automatically mean inner peace, awareness, or presence.
Real yoga begins in the moments where there is nothing to perform.
When life feels uncomfortable.
When your nervous system wants distraction.
When staying present becomes the hardest practice of all.
That is the yoga that truly transforms us.
