We are a well- established " italian concept" cold cuts manifacturing and distribution conpany in Negombo Katana.
All our products range is manifactured according to ancient italian traditional recipes and without any artificial preservatives or chemical added.
We use cottage production method and keep acceptable period for nature drying and seasoning.
As far as myself, i have learned and applied these methods in Calabria ( Italy - South Region) since 1947.
Our products are unique , because we are the only manifacturer in Sri Lanka for the kinds of cold cuts.
We mainly supply to supermarkets chains and star class hotels and restaurant all over the islands.
