📢 Looking for an experienced hotel professional for a part-time consulting role — 2 days a week
Are you retired from hospitality and missing the industry — but not quite ready to miss it from a full-time desk?
I run two boutique villa properties in Sri Lanka — Angam Villas Colombo and Angam Villas Hikkaduwa — and I'm looking for someone with real hotel management experience to come in twice a week to help us maintain and elevate our standards.
This isn't a full-time job. It's a flexible consulting retainer for someone who has spent their career in hospitality and wants to pass that knowledge on — without the pressure of a 9-to-5.
✅ What the role involves:
— Walking the properties and keeping standards sharp
— Training our small team on housekeeping, service, and guest care
— Giving honest feedback and practical guidance to improve the guest experience
— Being a trusted advisor to the owner (me)
✅ Who I'm looking for:
— Someone with 10+ years in hotel or resort management
— Boutique or smaller property experience preferred
— Genuinely passionate about service standards and staff development
— Good English communication skills
— Based in or able to travel between Colombo and the South Coast
✅ What's on offer:
— LKR 60,000+ month
— Just 2 days per week, flexible on timing
— Structured as a consulting retainer — clean and simple
