Did you know that other than providing life Guard service for Tourists for at Mirissa, they also run a Turtle Conservation Project . The Head quarters at Mirissa, and WOW, the baby turtles released to the sea so far the counter sows 255,086.

Mirissa Sunset Bar, just 5 min walk from our hotel, on the edge of coconut hill road. No need to even cross the road, 500m walk. Enjoy the sunset and coconut hill views. Often fisherman flock in thier traditional boats to fish at sunset. There is a swing and a beach bar. You can also swim in the beach here.

Secret Beach Mirissa , Sri Lanka's hidden gem. A short TukTuk ride away. A sure place even on non-sunny days. Order drinks and a byte and enjoy sun loungers. The beach bar is good, and prices reasonable. Highly recomended to take a TukTuk from our hotel instead of the close by parking lot, prices may go up closer you get. There is a hill to climb, windy road and met some dogs! Should have taken a TukTuk. There is two beaches here. A beautiful spot.

Walk to the Parrot rock and main beach. Just 1.2 km away. A mini micro island and a nice spot to watch sun set.

Evening walk along the beach. Calm, sea waves, stick fisherman, coconut hill lights, coral reef, sandy beach! What more to ask. Clean beach and clean air and cool wind!

Turtle bay beach, full of fish, thousands and thousands of silver color fish. 500m from our hotel, lovely place to swim and see millions of fish.

This natural pond is just 400m walk along the beach from our place. This is at 12 30 noon today. Any time bathing spot with fish and crab to watch.
