Reservations
The Clients will be required to pay a Reservation/Security deposit in order to make a confirmed booking. If the client has a representative in Sri Lanka, we recommend he/she visit the apartment prior to reservation and payment. Upon payment you will be given a confirmation notice. Credit Cards or Travelers cheques are not accepted
Advance/Security Deposit
The Reservation/Security deposit amount may vary from time to time and current amounts are as follows.
1- Week - Rs 10,000/- - (aprox. US $90)
2- Weeks - Rs 25,000/- - (aprox. US $200)
3 to 4- Weeks - Rs 35,000/- - (aprox. US $250)
This Reservation/security deposit shall be refunded to you on your departure subject terms stated below. Cancellations
Prior to 30 days to arrival date:
Shall return the deposit exclusive the bank transaction charges. Less than 30 days to arrival date:
If client cancel the booking before less than 30 days to arrival date, reserve the right to retain the refundable deposit. After Arrival:
