High above our head office, our rooftop hives are buzzing with activity 24/7. While they may work quietly behind the scenes, their impact is anything but small: From supporting biodiversity to providing us with delicious honey for our guests.
That’s why this month, we’re celebrating them as our honorary 'Employee of the Month.'

🏕️ A new chapter for Toodlermillen Campsite!

On Saturday 16 May, our Camping Toodlermillen - Family & Youth Camp in Tadler officially opened its doors – a new meeting place for families, youth groups and nature lovers, nestled in the heart of the countryside.

What used to be a private family campsite is now an open meeting place for all ages, with plenty of space for outdoor activities and a focus on community life across generations – far away from screens! 🌿

From Whit Monday (25 May), the campsite will be open to all – families, youth and scout groups, tourists, and anyone who loves nature and community.

💧 The Water Festival is taking place here at Toodlermillen! The Naturpark Öewersauer 's annual Water Festival is taking place here this year. You are warmly invited to join us on Sunday 17 May from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Throughout the day, there will be exciting activities and workshops centred on the theme of water right by the river. Learn interesting facts about our most precious resource and visit our information stand – we'll be there to help!

Two weeks of Fairtrade delights at Youth hostel Esch-sur-Alzette! Our youth hostel in Esch will take part in the whole ONG Fairtrade Lëtzebuerg weeks (4-17 May) and will present you two delicious menus - a new taste experience every week!

🌱 Week 1 (until 10 May):
✅ Fairtrade chickpea and broccoli stew served with Fairtrade rice
✅ Fairtrade chocolate mousse

🌱 Week 2 (11 to 17 May):
✅ Curry chicken stir-fry with Fairtrade quinoa
✅ Caramelised Fairtrade banana
