Palm care in M’Hamid is full of small techniques that visitors often do not see.

At the end of June and the beginning of July, date bunches become heavier. To protect them, farmers support the branches with tamarisk poles.

Desertification and drought are not distant problems here — they are visible in the oasis of M’Hamid.
