Our participation in volunteering in Spain was a rich and distinctive experience, full of learning and cultural and human exchange. We had the opportunity to work with an association concerned with solidarity and social work, where we participated with volunteers from different countries with one goal, which is to serve the community and spread the values of cooperation and solidarity.

During this experience, we contributed to a range of volunteer and social activities, and learned about how to organize work within associations and how to involve young people in community initiatives. We also exchanged ideas and experiences with volunteers on the importance of volunteering and its role in achieving sustainable development and building a cohesive society.

This experience was not only volunteer work, but also an opportunity to learn about a new culture and make friends with people from different backgrounds, which promoted the spirit of openness and understanding among peoples.

This experience has taught us that volunteering is a universal language that unites people on the values of goodness and giving. It was also a strong motivation for us to continue volunteering in our country and encouraging young people to engage in social initiatives that serve the community.

Meeting in the Atlas Monastery - Middlet on volunteering and sustainable tourism

In an atmosphere of dialogue and cooperation, Deir Al-Atlas hosted a meeting that brought together members of the Amal French Solidarity Association and representatives of Dar Fatima Middlet-Ait Azdek. This meeting was an opportunity to exchange ideas on the importance of volunteerism and its role in promoting solidarity and cooperation between cultures.

Participants also discussed ways to develop joint projects in the field of sustainable and solidarity tourism, which aim to support local development and encourage visitors to discover the beauty and culture of the Middlet region, while respecting the environment and preserving local heritage.

During my visit to France, I had a nice opportunity to get to know the work of an association that is active in the social and voluntary field. In this visit, I participated in a meeting with a group of young people and volunteers, where we exchanged ideas and experiences on solidarity work and community service.

It was a special moment full of dialogue and cooperation, where people from different cultures come together around common values such as solidarity, respect and teamwork. Such encounters strengthen the bridges of friendship between peoples and open up new horizons for humanitarian cooperation.

This experience left a good impact on myself, and assured me that collective work can be a beautiful way to spread goodness and build honest human relationships.

Within the framework of promoting the values of solidarity and humanitarian cooperation, Anna Yassin visited France at the invitation of the Association Espérance Solidaire. This visit was a special opportunity to get to know and exchange experiences about solidarity work and community service.

During these beautiful days, we lived moments full of dialogue and friendship with members of the Association and friends from different cultures, where we discovered together the importance of humanitarian action in building bridges of love and understanding between peoples.

Such encounters reinforce the belief that solidarity and cooperation can make a better world, and that friendship between people remains the most beautiful fruit of these journeys.

Mon expérience en tant que voyageur solitaire au Maroc a été incroyablement enrichissante, et tout a commencé dès mon arrivée à l’aéroport de Fès, où j’ai ressenti dès les premiers instants la chaleur de l’accueil et la générosité de l’hospitalité marocaine.

Après un magnifique trajet à travers des paysages changeants, nous sommes arrivés à Midelt, une ville charmante située sur les contreforts du Moyen Atlas, où la beauté de la nature se mêle au calme de la vie montagnarde.

Le moment fort de mon aventure a été l’opportunité de vivre un véritable échange culturel au sein de Dar Fatima, où une famille locale m’a accueilli à bras ouverts. J’ai partagé avec eux un moment rempli de récits, de rires et dégusté un délicieux repas traditionnel, reflet de la richesse et de la simplicité de la culture locale.

L’atmosphère chaleureuse et familiale, associée à la beauté naturelle des lieux, a rendu cette expérience unique, me permettant de me connecter profondément à la culture amazighe et à son authenticité.

Grâce à ce contact direct avec les habitants, j’ai pu découvrir leurs coutumes, leur mode de vie et l’histoire de la région d’une manière bien plus sincère et authentique que lors d’un simple séjour touristique.

J’ai parcouru les chemins ruraux, profité du silence des montagnes et, surtout, vécu de véritables moments de connexion humaine.

Cette expérience ne m’a pas seulement enrichi sur le plan culturel, elle m’a aussi laissé des souvenirs précieux que je garderai à jamais dans mon cœur.

Sans aucun doute, le Maroc possède un charme particulier pour ceux qui recherchent une expérience humaine qui va bien au-delà des itinéraires touristiques classiques.
