Last day here today … 😩 Friends to supper last night and look what produced for us. Spectacular quinoa ’cake’ topped with avocado and decorated with beans, tomatoes and lettuce. Beautiful and extremely delicious. And what a fabulously presented dessert …. I am SO lucky …. Thank you and - I will miss you both. Till next time ❤️
