Electrical System တစ်ခုရဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးကို ဆုံးဖြတ်ပေးတဲ့ Earthing System

Electrical Installation တစ်ခုမှာ စက်ပစ္စည်းကောင်းရုံ၊ Circuit Breaker ကောင်းရုံနဲ့ မလုံလောက်ပါဘူး။ Earthing System (မြေချိတ်စနစ်) ကို စံချိန်စံညွှန်းနှင့်အညီ မှန်ကန်စွာ တပ်ဆင်ထားခြင်းကသာ လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရတဲ့ Electrical System တစ်ခုကို ဖန်တီးပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Fault Current (လျှပ်စစ်ချို့ယွင်းစီးကြောင်း) သို့မဟုတ် Leakage Current (လျှပ်စစ်ယိုစိမ့်စီးကြောင်း) ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာတဲ့အခါ Earthing System က အဆိုပါစီးကြောင်းတွေကို မြေကြီးထဲသို့ လုံခြုံစွာ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးပြီး Protective Devices များဖြစ်တဲ့ Circuit Breaker နှင့် Fuse တွေကို အချိန်မီ အလုပ်လုပ်စေပါတယ်။

Earthing System က ဘာကြောင့် အရေးကြီးသလဲ?

✔️ လူအသက်အန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်စေနိုင်တဲ့ Electric Shock ကို လျှော့ချပေးသည်။
✔️ စက်ပစ္စည်းများ ပျက်စီးမှုမှ ကာကွယ်ပေးသည်။
✔️ မီးလောင်မှုအန္တရာယ်ကို လျှော့ချပေးသည်။
✔️ Circuit Breaker နှင့် Fuse များကို ထိရောက်စွာ အလုပ်လုပ်စေသည်။
✔️ Electrical System ၏ ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချရမှုနှင့် တည်ငြိမ်မှုကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးသည်။

Earthing System ကို တပ်ဆင်ထားရုံနဲ့ မလုံလောက်ပါဘူး။ Earth Resistance တန်ဖိုးကို စံသတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီအောင် တိုင်းတာစစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ ချိတ်ဆက်မှုများကို ပုံမှန်စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းတို့ကလည်း Electrical Safety အတွက် အရေးပါပါ Earth Resistance အတွက် သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ တန်ဖိုးဟာ အသုံးပြုတဲ့ System၊ စံချိန်စံညွှန်းနဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး ကွာခြားပါတယ်။ တစ်ခုတည်းသော သတ်မှတ်တန်ဖိုး မရှိပါ။

ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် အောက်ပါအတိုင်း လက်ခံအသုံးပြုကြပါတယ်။

* အိမ်သုံးနှင့် အဆောက်အဦများ – 5 Ω အောက် ဖြစ်ရင် ကောင်းမွန်သည်။
* စက်ရုံနှင့် စီးပွားရေးအဆောက်အဦများ – 1 Ω မှ 2 Ω အောက် ရရှိအောင် ဒီဇိုင်းလုပ်လေ့ရှိသည်။
* Substation နှင့် Power Plant များ – 1 Ω အောက် ဖြစ်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်လေ့ရှိသည်။
* Telecommunication၊ Data Center နှင့် Sensitive Equipment များ – 1 Ω သို့မဟုတ် 0.5 Ω အောက် ကို ရရှိအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်လေ့ရှိသည်။

မှတ်သားရန်

* 5 Ω အောက် ဆိုတာကို အိမ်သုံးလုပ်ငန်းတွေမှာ လက်ခံနိုင်တဲ့ တန်ဖိုးအဖြစ် အများအားဖြင့် သုံးကြပါတယ်။
* ဒါပေမယ့် တန်ဖိုးနည်းလေလေ Earthing System ရဲ့ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် ပိုကောင်းလေလေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
* အရေးကြီးတာက Earth Resistance တန်ဖိုးတစ်ခုတည်းမဟုတ်ဘဲ Earthing System ကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာစံချိန်စံညွှန်းများ (ဥပမာ IEC၊ IEEE နှင့် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ Electrical Code များ) နှင့်အညီ ဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲ၊ တပ်ဆင်ပြီး စမ်းသပ်စစ်ဆေးထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

“Earth Resistance တန်ဖိုးက နည်းလေလေ လုံခြုံရေးပိုကောင်းလေလေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် အိမ်သုံး Electrical Installation များတွင် 5 Ω အောက် ရရှိရန်၊ စက်ရုံနှင့် အရေးကြီးသော Electrical System များတွင် 1 Ω အောက် ရရှိရန် ရည်ရွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ကြသည်။”
