🍓 200-PORTION PANNA COTTA BUFFET🍓

Creamy, elegant and unforgettable — crafted with Emborg Cook & Whip. 👨‍🍳✨

🥛 INGREDIENTS

• Emborg Cook & Whip Cream – 4 Litres
• Fish Gelatine – 85 g
• Fresh Strawberries – 2 kg
• Chocolate Coulis – 250 ml
• Vanilla Sticks – 4

👨‍🍳 METHOD

Heat the Emborg cream with vanilla. Do not boil.
Add the prepared gelatine and whisk until fully dissolved.
Pour into 200 individual glasses and refrigerate until set.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and chocolate coulis before serving.
