Here is why we want you to checkin at 2pm and checkout at 9am. It provides us with a 5 hour window to ready your room.

It takes time for our staff to prepare the room for you so that you dont complain or keep complaining that your room is dirty.

5 hours is enough time for us to restock items in the room such as tissues, soap, towels and drinks in the minbar. During this time, we have to change the bed sheets and clean the bathrooms, and do laundry etc. We iron your bed sheets.

Our housekeeping staff generally works 9 am to 4 pm. We need you to leave by 9am so that we can start this work pretty early to ready your room by 2pm

If you arrive early before checkin time we are happy to hold your bags for you or you can relax in the sitting area and enjoy movies on netflex or sit in the garden until your room is ready.

We regret to announce about the death of Mr. R.F. Hwayo (Father to Mr. John Hwayo The Director of Scanlink Company) who has gone to be with the Lord during the early hours of today 07 July 2025, at Mua Mission Hospital (MMH) in Dedza.

Tentative funeral program is that the remains of Mr. R.F. Hwayo will be taken from Mua Mission Hospital mortuary to his residence in Chikhumba village, Nthombo in Ntcheu on 08 July, 2025.

Thereafter, there will be a brief funeral service at Mua Mission Hospital around 07:00 am before departure for Nthumbo, Chikhumba village, T/A Masasa in Ntcheu district where burial will take place on Thursday 08 July, 2025.

May the Soul of Mr. Rabson F. Hwayo Rest in Peace.
