Beachfront in Mexico

Beachfront in Mexico Brian and I purchased our 'Beachfront in Mexico' Vacation Condo located on the Mayan Riviera at Royal Sunset Fishermen's Village Resort & Spa in January 2013.

We are located in the lovely gated residential community of Playacar Fase 1 in Playa del Carmen which is just a 10-15 minute walk down the beach just south of 5th Avenue. The resort is a small boutique style resort which is very quiet but yet close enough to the shopping, restaurants and night life of Playa del Carmen. Our patio offers unobstructed views of the beach and turquoise Caribbean Sea.

Well only 1 day to go before we are basking in the Riviera Mayan sunshine and tanning on the beach and drinking margueritas; good riddence to winter, lol.. We are so ready for a vacation. So much so, that I am switching to my BeachfrontinMexico.com page a day ahead of time.

Hola! from Playa del Carmen. Cancun airport was crazy busy; hopefully they will get serious about getting the airport in Tulum finished.

Gonna be doing some running around and shopping today for the condo. It was 36 C here yesterday; great beach weather!
