Scammers have cloned our page for The Hacienda at Del Mar PV in Puerto Vallarta. They’re offering fake discounts and asking people to pay upfront, pretending to be us.

Unfortunately, some people have already shown up thinking they had a real reservation—only to find out they were scammed. 💔

We’ve reported it, but Facebook hasn’t removed the fake page yet. Please help us stop this by reporting it!

2. Tap the three dots (…) under the profile photo.
3. Select “Find support or report Page.”
4. Choose “Scams and Fake Pages” or “Pretending to be another business.”

Un grupo de estafadores ha clonado nuestra página de Facebook de The Hacienda at Del Mar PV en Puerto Vallarta. Están ofreciendo descuentos falsos y solicitando pagos por adelantado a personas que creen estar reservando con nosotros.

Ya han llegado personas a nuestra propiedad pensando que tenían una reserva real, pero todo fue una estafa. 💔

Hemos reportado la página a Facebook y a la policía, pero Facebook aún no la ha eliminado. Por eso, pedimos tu ayuda:

✅ Sigue estos pasos para reportar la página falsa en Facebook:
1. Ve a la página falsa: https://www.facebook.com/share/1KofZPNg7B/
2. Toca los 3 puntos (…) bajo la foto de perfil.
3. Selecciona “Buscar ayuda o reportar página”.
4. Elige “Es una estafa” o “Finge ser otro negocio”.
5. Envía el reporte.

We’ve recently discovered a scam operation targeting our property, The Hacienda at Del Mar PV, here in Puerto Vallarta. Scammers have cloned our page, pretending to be us, and are tricking people into sending full payments upfront by offering fake discounts.

Sadly, several travelers have already been affected—showing up thinking they had valid reservations, only to find out they had been scammed. 💔

👉 What We’ve Done:
• We’ve reported the fake page to Facebook and the local police.
• Unfortunately, the police said they can’t take action.
• Facebook has not taken down the page yet, despite multiple reports.

We’re asking for YOUR help to protect others:

✅ If you see a suspicious page offering our property at unusually low prices, please report it to Facebook as a scam.
✅ Only book through our official website instatourspv.com or through our verified platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or our direct site.
