East meets west as BODEGA by Sabor on 4th Street presents a taste of Prince Edward Island. Chef Lino joined by Chefs Adam Loo and Chris Gibbs of ADA Culinary Studio brought Raspberry Point Oysters, PEI lobster covered in COWS Creamery cheddar on mini croissants, a rich PEI seafood and potato chowder (just the thing on a snowy night), and for the entree PEI surf & turf: beef chuck tail flat and wolf fish. "The ugliest fish I've ever seen, and the most delicious", Chef Lino.
Everything was beyond delicious and until April 5th the oysters, lobster melts and chowder are on the menu at BODEGA. Hurry in. You will love it. And try the creamy Pastel de Natas for dessert, imported from Edmonton 😊
