Connect back to your spirit and find what daily practices work best for you to keep your mind, body, and spirit in balance in this physical plane. We provide natural settings for yoga, meditation, and exercise in nature, at your own pace. We replenish ourselves with natural foods from right here in Yelapa. Our kitchen includes an abundance of teas, herbs, and other healing foods. We sit with nature and listen to music of man and nature. We live here in Yelapa as a community and support each other when needed. We hope to spread our love of humanity and mother earth to all who we have the pleasure of meeting in this existence.
Mission Statement: Las Tescalamas is a retreat space that supports conscious living with connection to local land and local community.
Vision Statement: We connect cross culturally to bring the best of all worlds together, sharing healing modalities, arts, and technology to maintain environmental integrity as a community of humans. Our space will host local and international teachers to teach both local and expatriate students, through workshops and the experience of conscious community living. We honor having fun all the while.
