RoyaleStays recently conducted a learning tour together with the MAPIC team, a leading group of property investment network in the Straits of Malaysia to share valuable insights into Johor Bahru’s property market to help participants identify property gems and also learn how to avoid inferior property investment.

The learning tour was guided by a team of experienced members, MAPIC experienced property consultant, Jesscy and RoyaleStays Co-founders, Qihui and Tom. They provided valuable learning pointers for all the participants and shared exclusive methods on how to optimise their rental revenues through property technologies.

The highly anticipated learning tour saw 36 participants coming together and experiencing the first value-added learning field trip conducted by the RoyaleStays team. In the midst of learning, they had much fun eating and shopping throughout!
