Strategically located within Isetan The Japan Store KL, you will find a hub for authentic Japanese fare in the Bukit Bintang center at L10 (4F The TABLE) housing 6 different Japanese restaurants comprises of Sushi Azabu, JyuJyu Yakiniku, The Tokyo Restaurant (Bar & Cafe), The Tokyo Ramen, Anzu (Tonkatsu) and Touan (Yakitori & Robata) serving everything from fresh sushi to grilled wagyu beef. We picked The Tokyo Restaurant. for today as it is easy to spot from afar as the entire floor is decorated with red hanging drapes and huge lanterns or you can basically just follow the crowds. There are two sections of dining. If you are having lunch or dinner, you will be seated inside and if you are having just dessert or drinks, you will be assigned to specially allocated booth seats with different menu. All thanks to the highly-raved signature 6th Avenue Cheesecake (RM21) as diners do come here specially for them. Dinner menu start as early as 5.30pm. Once we was seated and placed our orders, the restaurant turn down the light making the environment dimly lit, so sensual and romantic.
