How do I decide on the size of my main backdrop?

Honestly, above everything else, your budget determineโ€™s the size of your main backdrop ๐Ÿ˜… Standard backdrop sizes are usually 8x8 or 10x8. Larger backdrops = more materials = bigger prints ๐Ÿ’ฐ

Secondly, it is your guest size. If you have a huge family, for example, and you would foresee a group shot of everyone at the backdrop, then itโ€™s best to get a slightly bigger one to ensure that everyone fits in ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

At the end of the day, you should build something that you as a couple would like and appreciate - and you would never go wrong โ™ฅ๏ธ

For venues with lower stages, go for a low arrangement so that your guests can see what is happening on stage. Bear in mind that the VIP table will almost always be in front of the stage and you do not want your guests shifting in their seats to try to catch whatโ€™s going on on stage.

โžก๏ธ FAMILY INTERACTION
If your families canโ€™t see each other, canโ€™t chat or interact while seated on the main table, then your floral arrangement needs to go low. Your wedding planner should be testing it out during setup โ˜๐ŸปGet a few people to sit on the table and check out how it is.

โžก๏ธ BUDGET
Thereโ€™s no right or wrong when it comes to this :) Set a budget or ask your decorator to share some previous examples and its cost. You can also do a mix of fresh and artificial flowers to save some $$$.
