For those who knew our beloved dad, we want to share with you that he passed away peacefully in his sleep yesterday.
For those who may not have known him, our dad was the founder of this guest house. At 60 years old, when we took over this place—once our maternal family home—he had a vision to transform it into a welcoming guest house. He poured his heart (and his retirement savings) into making that dream a reality.
Though he wasn’t involved in daily operations, he was always a presence—tending to the garden, sharing stories, and taking guests on walks around the neighborhood. His warmth and generosity left an imprint on many, and we will miss him dearly.
