1. Minimum 2 Nights stay.
2. No party / karaoke allowed
3. Price rate only for 8 Guest. RM35 per night for extra guest (Up to 12 guests)
4. No smoking inside the house.
5. Safety / Damage Deposit RM200.00 are required. Payment via online or e-Wallet only. NO DEPOSIT, NO CHECK IN...!!!
