Matapa is a local dish that can be found in many of the restaurants in Tofo!

This vegetarian or pescatarian dish is made with cassava leaves and has delicious peanut and coconut flavours 🥥. Definitely worth visiting one of the restaurants around Tofo market and trying this wonderful Mozambiqican dish 🤍

Sunrise in Tofo is absolutely magical as the sun rises above the ocean 🌅🐬

We highly recommended an early start to the morning by walking or running on the beach as the day begins on the quiet coast of Mozambique!

At low tide the beach goes on for ages allowing you the opportunity to get a long walk or run in.
