*Position:* Lounge Manager
*Location:* De Prof Hotel, Kugbo Abuja.
De Prof Hotel & Lounge is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lounge Manager to oversee daily lounge operations, deliver top-notch guest experiences, and ensure smooth management of staff and resources.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Supervise daily operations of the lounge, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and manage lounge staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, stock, and supplies efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and control costs.
*Qualifications & Requirements:*
• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or lounge management.
• Age: 21 – 40 years
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Knowledge of bar/lounge operations, including beverages and entertainment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
• Smart, confident, and results-driven.
