REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR FILLING STATION
FRANCHISE & SALE/LEASE OF MORIBUND FACILITIES
Our client is an international player in the downstream petroleum sector and is desirous of expanding its network in the six (6) geo-political zones in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We are therefore calling for an Expression of Interest from the following:
1. Owners of independent filling stations seeking to acquire a franchise
2. Owners of moribund filling stations, looking to sell or lease their filling station
REQUIREMENTS FOR FILLING STATION FRANCHISE
Interested individuals must ensure that they meet the following requrements;
1. Provide documentation showing Proof of Ownership of filling station;
2. Size of Filling Station (in sqm);
3. List and status of facilities (photographs will be helpful);
4. Location of Filling Station.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASE/LEASE OF MORIBUND FACILITIES
Interested individuals must ensure that they meet the following requrements.
1. Provide documentation showing Proof of Ownership of filling station;
2. Size of Filling Station (in sqm);
3. List and status of facilities (photographs will be helpful);
4. Location of Filling Station.
Please include any further detail which may further support your submission, such as the availablty of a L**e Bay, Cooking Gas Plant etc.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Companies are expected to fully comply with the above requirements as failure to do so may weaken the company’s submission. Companies are to submit only genuine copies as any fake or fraudulent documents would be disqualified. All submitted responses would be evaluated on the basis of documents submitted and selection would be based on industry best practices. These may include (but are not limited to) company’s competence, experience, track record of performance etc.
SUBMISSION
Expression of Interest documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled on the right hand corner: EOI FILLING STATION FRANCHISE or EOI FILLING STATION PURCHASE or EOI FILLING STATION LEASE. Documents should be received on or before 12:00noon 15th July, 2016 and addressed to JJNP Resources Limited, Plot 217, Shettima Alli Mungonu Crescent, Utako District, Abuja, Nigeria.
