Sales Architect / Interior Designer — Interior Finishing Materials (Lagos)

Are you a commercially driven architect or interior designer who understands materials as well as you understand clients? CIPTI Ltd is looking for someone to own B2B sales of premium interior finishing materials across Lagos — and grow with us.

About the Role

You will drive sales of melamine-faced chipboard (MFC/MDF), edge banding, laminates and furniture hardware to designers, contractors and joinery workshops. From prospecting to specification, quotation to order follow-up — you own the full cycle.

What We're Looking For

✔ Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
✔ 2–5+ years selling or specifying finishing materials or furniture components (Nigeria experience preferred)
✔ Technical knowledge of MFC/MDF, edgebands, hinges and drawer systems; able to read drawings and produce basic take-offs
✔ Strong B2B sales, presentation and negotiation skills; CRM and MS Office proficient
✔ Willingness to travel across Lagos; fluent in English
✔ Self-motivated with a targets-driven track record

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a knack for building lasting business relationships? Bigtree International Import and Export Nigeria Limited is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and lead our expansion in assigned territories.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just meet targets but acts as a strategic consultant for our clients and a catalyst for our brand’s growth.

What’s in it for you?
Monthly Salary:₦250,000 – ₦300,000
Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Weekends: Every 3 Saturdays of the month (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Bigtree International. Your core duties will include:
Strategic Growth: Planning and executing sales strategies to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prospecting: Leading sales prospecting efforts and identifying new target markets and business opportunities.
Client Management: Managing a robust sales schedule, conducting high-level presentations, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Business Intelligence: Monitoring market trends and recommending new opportunities to management.
Reporting: Preparing detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track sales activities and KPIs.
Network Development: Acting as a business consultant to support the development of our sales network within your territory.
