As a CPR Instructor 28 years, my mission extends far beyond the classroom.

I have had to save lives where it matters most — at home with my own family, at work, while dropping my kids off at school, and on the road helping strangers.

Most of these moments came with no camera, no certificate, and no public credit. Just the quiet reality of stepping in when every second counted.

Recognition is appreciated, but it has never been the reason I do this. I cannot and will not give up on saving lives.

Every life saved is reason enough to keep teaching, keep showing up, and keep pushing others to learn CPR. You never know when you will be the one someone is counting on. Constantine Igwe
