Dear esteem guests,
We would like to notify you of a slight change in our room rate with effect from Wednesday,1st of January, 2025. In recent months we have witnessed a considerable increase in our overhead, a trend which has lasted for more than a year now though not peculiar to us alone but affecting every business. At every opportunity we have endeavoured to find a cost saving to mitigate this. However, we have decided to adjustment our prices as a necessary tool to remain in the business.

The slight increase will affect both Diplomatic room and Wumi suites.

As from 1st of January, 2025, *DIPLOMATIC ROOM* will increase from *N70,000.00 to N85,000.00 while *WUNMI SUITE* will increase from *N120,000.00 to N130,000.00

We appreciate your understanding and support over the years and we promise to maintain the highest quality services possible

We would like to notify you of a slight change in our room rate with effect from Wednesday,1st November, 2023. In recent months we have seen considerable increase in our overhead, a trend which has lasted for more than a year now.
At every opportunity we have always endeavoured to fashion out a cost saving approach to mitigate this, yet the instability in the economy has been daunting, consequent upon this we have reviewed our room rates with a slight increase on our diplomatic room.

This is important for us to be able to stay in business

The slight increase will only affect diplomatic room from N50,000 to N55,000. While Wumi suit remains at N100,000.

We thank you for your understanding and support and we promise to maintain the highest quality services possible.
