The ability to work proactively and use intuition when required

Should be very observant and should be able to give a proper detail of people who enter the premise.

Excellent concentration and communication skills

The security officer must remain alert and aware of his surroundings.

An ability to remain patient and calm under pressure, being able to control tactical situations.

Should be a good team member, understanding the concept of teamwork.

Should ensure they welcome each customer that enter the premises.

Take good care of the environment

Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
