Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient staff management, and profitability while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✓Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
✓Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality management
✓Proven leadership and people-management skills
✓Strong financial, budgeting, and reporting abilities
✓Excellent communication and customer service skills
✓Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
✓Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems
✓Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
✓High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
