… that’s maybe the best description about our perspective that we can give. no, it doesn’t make the most sense in the world to outside people what we are trying to establish here. no, it doesn’t fit our education. no, it’s not in a city full of people and events that you can surround yourself with. but we have done this life. we lived the academic life, we lived the city life, we lived the travel-lifestyle, and that was all cool! but now we are doing this. for a reason. when we have people over and we see them enjoying the place and all of its offerings then this just makes us so happy that we tend to forget about all of the work we have during the year with it! yes, we live in the middle of all of it, but isn’t contributing to people‘s lifes worth all of it? i choose to believe yes 🙌🏽 what do you think?

From the 1st to the 7st of July we had the pleasure to host the E+ Youth Exchange „Future of Europe“ through the HI hostelling network ✨ It was so much fun hosting them - we offered some activities ourselves, were able to bake a lot of fine goods for those amazing people and just enjoyed having them around.
Thank you to everyone who joined this, it was a great pleasure hosting you! 🥰

… Did someone say Hot Tub? 🛀
Yessss, for a while now we have a functioning hot tub between our hostel and our lake. We heat it up with fire wood and then we just enjoy the beautiful view and the beautiful greens all around us. 🌲✨

Never in my life would I have thought I would be one da living the life that I now call my life. Not when I was a kid, not if you would have asked me 3 years ago. This place and this life goes over the boundaries of my imagination.
But people that know me, my close friends especially, know that in a way I always dreamed big. I always wanted something more. The „usual life“ felt more like a cage to me than like a goal.
Having a functioning hot tub with a view over a beautiful like in the middle of the juicy green norwegian nature? Well, no I wouldn’t have believed that. But that just shows - dreaming big is sometimes worth it!! 💭✨

Those times in between busy project life and how we get to reflect together about the time really show us the importance of all of it. We have been through so many things by now, have met so many people. And it’s both good and bad in it - mostly it’s amazing, but sometimes we get deeply disappointed. So it’s very important that we stay pure and good between each other and keep our loved ones close. Because those close relationships are the reason that we are working so hard to make this life a nicer life and the world a better place. 🌞

The first video I saw with this caption and sound was a coffee in a cup in the middle of a beautiful bed. And I thought COOL - i’ll try to make my video as asthetic as this one. But then I went to the climbing park with Jasmin and she was so brave and got over a lot of her fears so I thought - well, perfect! THIS is the real stuff, the real life! I was and am so proud of you 🥰✨
