Well, cheers, people. Tons of Boat before the last day at Tons of Rock.

The TonsPod underway at the Tent Stage at Tons of Rock. All important topics thoroughly discussed: metal, art, ballet at Indian operas, bathtub & faeces, and the dream come true as Slayer plays at the fortress for the second time tonight. Panel of very best quality: Peter Beste (photographer) Jarle Kvåle (Vreid), Torgrim Oyre (Beyond the Gates). Steady hosting by Helle Steinklov.

Hey, folks, look at this: Phrenelith (DEN). Mind grinding riffs, relentless blastbeats, growling vocals and that calming aftertaste of classic death metal - it all checks out. Our advise? Pause that EDM stuff you're torturing yourself and and your surroundings with. Head over to Bandcamp. Blast your soul clean again. Cheers w/beers,
