Our three-month chapter in the heart of the Sunnmøre fjords is drawing to a close, and it’s hard to put into words everything we’ve experienced across Norddal, Eidsdal, and Geiranger. 🏔️

Thankfully, our teammate Ale found a way to do it. She created this incredible artwork that captures the soul of our time here—every hidden gem, unexpected highlight, and quiet moment by the water is woven into the stunning detail. 🎨

Yesterday, our Fjord Co-working space in Norddal opened its doors to the local community! 💕

It was a truly heartwarming evening, filled with inspiring conversations, delicious homemade snacks, and a wonderful sense of connection. ☺️ We had the pleasure of welcoming local remote workers to join our space and explore the possibility of working alongside us in the future.

The evening was a beautiful tapestry of shared experiences:
🌎 Olaf presented a thought-provoking documentary about climate change in Alaska 🎥.
🚐 Toms and Madara shared captivating glimpses of their Scandinavian travels 🗺️.
📸 Dace’s stunning photo exhibition of local landscapes showcased the beauty of our fjord setting ✨.

This open house evening was a way to get to know our neighbors and build a stronger, more vibrant community of remote workers in the heart of the fjord. We're excited to see what the future holds for this growing network! 🇳🇴

This weekend we visited Kaltegarden Norddal, a beautiful regenerative farm nestled in the heart of the fjord landscape at Norddal Prestegard. 🇳🇴
🌾 Christin and Nils shared their story and showed us how they grow amazing produce in this stunning valley.
🥒 We even got to make our own dried flower decorations!
🌸 A delicious meal made with ingredients straight from the garden topped off an incredible day.
😋 This place is a testament to the fact that you can truly build your dream life anywhere, if you have the passion and the vision. ✨

Yesterday, the digital nomad crew invited locals for a Bingo Pizza Night that we won’t forget anytime soon. 🥳 Nicolas (with a crew of helpers!) stepped up as a master pizzaiolo, serving up incredible fresh pizzas right before our eyes. 🍕

👍Big shoutout to our local friends for teaching us how Bingo is REALLY done and a massive thank you to everyone who showed up and turned a simple Friday into a highlight of our time in the fjords! 🇳🇴

🫟 On Saturday in Norddal, a fantastic mix of locals and digital nomads stepped into the world of Creative Coding. Using p5.js, we spent the day transforming logic into art. A huge thank you to everyone who joined in! Diving into a new technical skill takes real focus and great spirit! 💪

🔥 We wrapped up the day by gathering around a crackling fire right by the water. There’s something special about balancing a day of screen work with music an good conversation in the fresh evening air.

Recently, we had the privilege of experiencing a beautiful concert in the historical Norddal Church. The local musicians were amazing, but what truly moved us was seeing one of our own nomads, Eiliv, join them on stage! 🎻✨ It was a beautiful moment of connection through music. ❤️
