From the high mountains of Chame, Manang, our first greenhouse tomatoes of the season are finally ready. Every tomato is the result of patience, hard work, and the blessings of nature. Proud to grow fresh, healthy produce at 2,700 meters above sea level. ❤️🏔️ 🌱🍅

“फापर छरेपछि मिनी टिलरद्वारा हल्का जोताइ गर्दै। 🌾🚜 चामे, मनाङमा पुस्तौंदेखि गोरुले जोत्दै आएका यी खेतहरू आज समय र श्रम बचाउन प्रविधिसँग अघि बढिरहेका छन्। परम्परागत खेतीप्रतिको हाम्रो सम्मान उस्तै छ, तर आधुनिक प्रविधिले कृषिलाई अझ सहज बनाएको छ। आफ्नो मौलिक पहिचान जोगाउँदै प्रविधिसँगै अघि बढ्नु नै कृषिको उज्ज्वल भविष्य हो। “After sowing organic buckwheat, we lightly plough the field with a mini tiller to cover the seeds and improve soil contact. 🌾🚜 In Chame, Manang, these fields have been ploughed by oxen for generations. Today, we use a mini tiller to save time and labor while preserving our farming traditions. The future of agriculture lies in respecting our roots while embracing technology. 🌾🚜🌱
