training x3 a week Muay Thai
curious to see how this stack goes for performance and mental.
now I have the space and on a MUCH better sleep schedule!

should I also share what I eat or… warning, it’s boring but it’s good, a lot of eggs 🤣🥚 r3ta contributes to a lot of disinterest and pickiness in food so it might change since I won’t be doing it for a while.

But it really be a lot of girl dinners that’s for sure.

It’s important you are getting what your body needs.
Keep up your protein, fats basically what your body needs etc AND your calories.

my dose each week has been 0.5mg
I still have and will eat 3-4 meals a day with snacks in between.
a lot of benefits from Reta I’ve experienced and it’s definitely my favourite and most noticeable changes because it works FAST.
Total weight lost since starting 5kg in first two weeks and have kept it off

I like to take it as well with GHKCU or bpc157 (I stopped ghkcu my skin didn’t agree with it even with zinc and vit c) but I felt like ghkcu was great for my gut health!

Last week this week and will cycle off for a while.

Kenzie and I both grew up in a small town Upper Hutt - here in New Zealand.
When I first started doing online sales noooo-one around me was doing it… I felt I had no one alongside me at the beginning. Slowly but surely, people start to catch the vision.
A lot of people are actually just waiting for someone else to have the courage and belief in themselves before they decide to step into their own.

Hey if we haven’t met im Lourissa! Years ago now I decided to start in the online sales space, people teased me, said horrible things, I was really misunderstood because of how much I wanted to express and was willing to put myself out there!
