proud of this woman.. I watched her journey unfold from leaving her logistics role to buying her dream car, her first home, paying off not only her own but her dad’s debt and travelling first class flights with her family.
the journey she’s been willing to walk through, grow through, and the woman she’s become… I think often we over look the depth of how spiritual/god led the journey of following something bigger actually is and how it impacts those around us. It takes a real willingness to change, and not everyone is willing to transform who they are yet they will expect transformation in their lives to happen…

as I was driving home from Auckland yesterday it had me thinking how much every relationship is the perfect relationship for us at that time in our lives because they aren’t here to show us who someone else is but to show us who WE are.
what you are not giving yourself you will seek for others to give to you.
what we admire and see within others exists with us and very much likely wants to be expressed.
what if people are exactly who they need to be for us in any given time to go through the exact journey we need to become better and learn about ourselves.
what if no one is neither good or bad only defined by their own perception of how it is they think it ought to be.

so often we will say things like ‘they did this or didn’t do this’
which kinda just wipes all responsibility and ownership on our side.
and in doing so, we don’t leave any space for US to improve. you can blame or you can build. you can let life ragdoll you round or you can alchemise and create what you go through.

there’s a quote that goes ‘when we change the way we see things, the things we see change’

and something Hooflife Aotearoa said about the horses, we can be quick to blame the horse but what we fail to see is that they are just a mirror and reflection of us! and it’s so true!!
learned and took away a lot from him in such a short amount of time.

It all mirrors and sees itself through.
very much as business and life in general…

anyway that’s my morning reflections thanks for reading 🤣🙈 💓

detoxing, eating whole foods, electric foods, alkaline foods, drinking filtered ERW, keeping low tox is best i believe. and be responsible, fuel yourself right.
learn about voltage in your body, what’s really in your food, and a LOT of everyday things perfumes, tampons, your shampoos, deodorant a WHOOOLE LOT!
You can: hair test, live blood analysis so many more holistic and natural ways to go about things

for example, I tested the tap ‘safe approved to drink’ tap water in upper hut on an ORP meter (I used two completely different ones to test twice) it read at positive 500mV
Did you know the cells in your body to be healthy and running need to run at -20 to -25mV? According to scientist Jerry tenant who studied voltage in the body.
To heal and regenerate, cells need to be at -50mV

So wtf is the tap water doing at 500mV laced with all sorts chlorine, hormones, chemicals 🤷🏽‍♀️
THATS AS BAD AS COKE AND SPRITE
Sports drinks that are sold as health drinks also spike right up there.

Don’t get me started on food…

Why don’t we get taught or learn about any of this or to even grow our own or be self sustainable.

isn’t it crazy how and where life can take you, what you learn along the way and what you are truely capable of when you go for what you want.

In the last few years I brought a house (that I haven’t lived in for a few years now)

lived my dream of staying home, while my partner (at the time) would go to work and come home to a ready food, everything done home. I’d be earning what I wanted and doing what I wanted when I wanted for years. the freedom and play life was those years was the best! Even small underrated things like Walking the dog everyday, and the cat too even 😆

Moved and lived on a tropical island for nearly 3 years. Fell into a bit of party life for a bit. can get a little superficial there.

Travelled to and explored many different countries! lived a life I would only ever watch people through a screen live.

and I guess mum made a really great point all my life “marry a farmer” 👨‍🌾 😂

because all I want to do now (again lol) is live on a farm, make sourdough and feed the chickens and ride the horses and invite my friends and their kids around and show them the animals, get the eggs with them, show them how to ride a pony. I think there’s something special about a farm home like that. I also really would love to have a place my friends kids can come when maybe they need some space or someone to talk too - and my friends too ofc 😆

it’s funny how life will circle you back around to what you ultimately wanted in the first place- and it is needed to experience other things in life so we can decide and differentiate what we do value. It’s so important to me that my work matters, how I earn and guide people matters and do two years I thought I just wanted to make money without actually earning it in an easy way.
I promise you- who you become in the process is much more important… the discomfort and resistance is for you. What opens up from it is the most fulfilling part of it all if you can see it right through and trust the process…

there will be ups and downs and it’s up to you to stay rooted in the long term vision. the challenge is yours. it is for you. now go for it ✨

crazy right so what we consume are either electron stealers or donors. they either give or take our energy.
if cells need -50mV to heal and regenerate do you see how the food you consume is important to feed those cells at that level?

here in Upper Hutt the tap water runs at 500mV which is absolutely no where even near -20mV to -25mV…

It’s kind of mind blowing to me how much this info isn’t so muchly spoken about… and how important to detoxing is, sure you can put in a whole bunch of good food but so important to give your body support in clearing out all of the toxins that has built up over the years… our body is actually phenomenal in how hard it works for us over the years of our life it really is incredible! 💓
