Are you currently working in the electricity, energy, water or gas industry and looking to take the next step in your career?

Maybe you're an experienced Team Leader, Leading Hand or Supervisor who's ready to step off the tools.

Or perhaps you're a Junior Project Manager looking for more responsibility and real operational ownership.

This isn't your typical Project Manager role.

We've created a Delivery Leader position that bridges the gap between Estimating and Operations.

You'll work alongside our Senior Delivery Leader, helping plan, programme and coordinate projects while supporting our On Ground Delivery Leaders (OGDLs) to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

What you'll be doing:
⚡ Planning and programming multiple live projects
⚡ Reviewing drawings, specifications and project handovers
⚡ Coordinating labour, plant, traffic management and subcontractors
⚡ Supporting our On Ground Delivery Leaders (OGDLs) to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality work
⚡ Reviewing project QA documentation and ensuring jobs are closed out to client specifications
⚡ Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and project performance
⚡ Working closely with our Senior Delivery Leader to strengthen project delivery across the business

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
✔ Experience in the electricity, energy, water or gas industry
✔ Strong underground utilities or civil construction knowledge
✔ Leadership experience in the field or as a Junior Project Manager
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ A desire to continue learning and grow into a senior operational leadership role

We are on the hunt for an experienced STMS based in South Auckland.

This isn't an entry-level role. We are after someone who has been actively working on Level 1 & Level 2 roads over the last 12 months and knows how to get the job done safely.

WE'RE HIRING - CLASS 2 DRIVER / LABOURER

We are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver/Labourer to join our team in South Auckland, Wiri.

This role is approximately 40% driving and 60% labouring, so we're looking for someone who's just as happy getting out of the truck and getting stuck in on site.

Must have experience:
• Driving manual Class 2 trucks
• Transporting loads and excavators
• Loading, securing and transporting machinery safely

You must also have:
• A full NZ Class 2 licence
• Good English and communication skills
• The legal right to work in New Zealand
• The ability to pass pre-employment and random drug & alcohol testing
• A strong health and safety mindset - 90% of our work is in the power industry, so safety is non-negotiable

We are on the lookout for a Senior Operator / On Ground Delivery Leader (OGDL) to join our crew.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Strong utilities experience, ideally within the power sector
• The ability to lead a crew and run sites independently
• Confidence organising jobs, materials and day-to-day site operations with minimal supervision
• A solid work ethic and the ability to keep things moving on site
Our work is mainly across West, Central and East Auckland, with some work in the South. Our yard is based in Wiri.
The role can include day works, nights and weekend work, so a bit of flexibility is required.
Requirements:
• Class 1 & 2 licence
• RTW endorsement
• Utilities experience (power preferred)
• Hydro excavation experience would be a bonus
