Pre-arrival checks are extremely important, something that must be done every day, and usually it's me who takes care of them.

We're very lucky to have such a strong housekeeping leadership team. Ana and Apekshya both have an incredible eye for details. I was honestly blown away the other day when I opened the door to one of our studios, the single beds were made so beautifully, with such a care and precision.

The first impression, when a guest opens the door, is everything. Within seconds, you can tell whether a room feels like a home or just any ordinary hotel room. Here at Quest on Kilmore, we want every guest to feel right at home from the very first moment
