🧹 **CLEANING WORK THAT FITS AROUND YOU – TE ANAU**

South Stays is heading into another busy season, and we’re looking for high-standard cleaning contractors to join our local team in a way that works for them.

You don’t necessarily need to commit to a full cleaning schedule. We have a mix of opportunities available, including:

👉 Weekend cleaning – ideal if you’re looking for regular weekend work
👉 Relief cleaning – pick up weekday or weekend cleans when our regular team needs cover
👉 Part-time contractor work – take on a smaller number of properties to suit your availability
👉 New property opportunities – work becoming available as new homes join South Stays

We pay $50 per hour, with cleaning generally carried out between 10am and 3pm. There’s no washing or drying linen — that’s taken care of separately.

We look after a large and growing collection of quality Te Anau holiday homes, so we’re looking for people who take pride in their work and have a sharp eye for the little details guests notice.

Whether you’d like regular work or just want to be someone we can call on from time to time, we’d love to hear from you.

🧹 **INVERCARGILL CLEANERS WANTED**

South Stays is looking for experienced, reliable cleaning contractors to help us look after our Invercargill portfolio.

Our properties are well-presented short-term rentals, and we’re after cleaners who care about the final result — the sort of people who spot the little things and take pride in leaving a home ready for the next guest.

What you can expect:
- $50 per hour
- Cleaning work between 10am and 3pm
- No washing or drying linen — this is handled professionally
- Quality properties that are enjoyable to work in
- Support from a local team that values good communication, reliability and consistently high standards

We’re particularly keen to hear from cleaners who work efficiently, notice the details and understand that preparing a short term rental is different from a standard house clean.

If that sounds like your kind of work, have a read and apply here:

And if you know someone in Invercargill who’d be a great fit, please send this their way.

🧹 **CLEANING CONTRACTORS WANTED – TE ANAU**

South Stays is looking for reliable, experienced cleaning contractors to help care for our Te Anau holiday homes this season.

We manage a portfolio of well-presented, high-quality short-term rental properties, and we’re looking for cleaners who genuinely take pride in leaving a home looking spot-on for every arriving guest.

**What’s on offer:**
• $50 per hour
• Work between 10am and 3pm
• No washing or drying linen – linen is professionally laundered
• Quality properties that are a pleasure to work in
• Flexible contractor work throughout the busy season
• A rostered day off each week
• A local team that values reliability, communication and high standards

This would suit someone who notices the little things, works efficiently and understands the difference between simply cleaning a house and preparing a holiday home for paying guests.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
