Phil & I had a dream when we bought our beautiful piece of New Zealand Land that one day we hoped we could build a smaller barn on site for holiday accommodation not only for ourselves to use when we have visitors but open it up to guests who would like to see one of the most beautiful parts of New Zealand. It has the most beautiful views from looking down into the valley to the native rural bush then also our large pond with native bush around the back of it. You can also go for a lovely small walk around, following a small path down into the bottom area and back up around to the barn. With lots of great thing to do and visit in and around Kerikeri - we are just minutes from town, and all the main tourist attractions are within 15 - 20 mins
The main building sleeps 4 guests with 2 x bedrooms = 1 x king bed 2 x king singles
A smaller unit at the side has 1 x bedroom = 2 x king singles also with 1 x bathroom
This smaller unit is an added extra on the main barn
at $40 per person each night for any 5th or 6th Guest - Its all on a 2 nights minimum booking
