Brougham Heights Motel is seeking enthusiastic, career driven individuals to join our Front Office/Housekeeping Team. You must be a positive outgoing person who will be able to contribute to our wonderful team environment. Previous experience in cleaning and Front office services in a professional or private capacity is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

Front office is in charge of
- Assist guests with all inquiries, providing accurate information about the properties facilities and features.
- Checking guests in and out
- Making bookings
- Managing Housekeeping staff
- Perform all necessary housekeeping activities in order to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Guest Rooms.
- Cooking and delivering breakfasts
- Manage Conferences
- Ordering and managing all motel stock
- Working closely with Management team

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends is required. Flexibility within the shift is also required. It is important for our staff to work as part of a team and follow direction.

Key Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in housekeeping and Customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
-Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
- High standards of presentation both within yourself and your work.
- Ability to work on your own as well as be part of a team.

Brougham Heights Motel is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Housekeeping Team on a part time/casual basis. Our Summer staff are moving on and we need dedicated outgoing staff to fill their rolls. We are looking to rebuild our team and are looking for positive, motivated people who will be assets to our positive work force. Previous experience in cleaning in a professional or private capacity is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform all necessary housekeeping activities in order to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Guest Rooms and the motel grounds.
-Time management is key and you must be able to clean to the set room times.
-Stock and maintain the housekeeping trolley, ensuring adequate supplies are available and the trolley is presentable at all times.
-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends. Also flexibility within each shift as your work times depend on the work load.
-Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small team. This position is created to cover the reception during the weekends. We would like a vibrant team member who has enthusiasm for customer service and would work well within our current team.

You would be responsible for

-Check in and outs
-Managing phone and email bookings
-Manage guest requests
-Cleaning duties such as departures, services and room checks
-Support house keeping team.
-Previous experience in reception or admin is preferred.
-Hours of work would be between 8.00am and 6.00pm Saturday and Sunday. Our hours are rostered ahead of time but we require our staff to be flexible with their work times.
