Some of you need to hear this 👇🏻

Your energy is finite and your life is precious.

Please don’t waste it comparing yourself to others.

Focus on your wellbeing, your environment, your goals. Let that be where your energy flows.

And whatever people from your past are doing, doesn’t need to be any of your business.

You don’t concern yourself with what every single stranger is doing, so why bother with what people in your past are doing?

Their garden flourishing has no impact on yours unless you let it.

I don’t think you realise what a miracle it is that you are here???

Please for the love of everything, LIVE.

Do what you want, even if no one understands it.

Embrace your child like qualities. Play, laugh too loudly, let the love flow out of you unashamedly.

Get in the arena. Take many risks. Increase your surface level for luck.

Let yourself be judged. Make mistakes. Be embarrassing. Trust me it’s a small price to pay for a fulfilling life.

Stop containing your wild self. Dress how you want. Move freely. Notice how fu***ng incredible it is to be alive on this flying fu***ng rock!!!!

Bring it all and let’s have a potluck with all the different parts of you.

Your positivity is adored and admirable. But it is not what makes you worthy of love. You just are. You don’t need to be or do anything in order to be worthy of love.

And my work is about helping you to not only know that cognitively, but to truly and deeply believe it.
