Strong women are the heartbeat of hospitality. 💐😍

They lead with confidence, care deeply, adapt quickly, lift others up and somehow keep everything moving, often all at once.

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the incredible women of The Rees Hotel who show every day that women can lead businesses, raise families, build careers, chase goals and still make time to care for everyone around them.

To Micka, Fleur, Vandana, mum-to-be Anna, and all the incredible mums on our team, thank you for reminding us every day that there is no limit to what women can achieve.

Celebrating something special?

Our Lakeview Penthouses provide the ideal setting for private occasions, with tailored touches, uninterrupted lake views, and the option of a private chef and dedicated wait staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Roger’s birthday celebration is a wonderful example of how we bring these experiences to life.

If you are planning an upcoming occasion, our team would be delighted to assist.

If you are interested in booking your own celebration, please contact our Events Team who would be delighted to assist.

Some moments deserve a proper pause, and this is one of them.

We’re delighted to share that two of our team members, Anna and John, recently tied the knot. It’s always a pleasure to celebrate milestones, but this one feels particularly close to home.

Please join us in wishing them every happiness as they begin this next chapter together.

Big ideas for the future of Queenstown.

We are pleased to host the next Catalyst Kōrero at The Rees Hotel Queenstown on Monday, March 30.

Hosted by Catalyst Trust in collaboration with the Lightfoot Initiative, the evening will also explore the opportunities and challenges shaping Queenstown today.

Monday, March 30 | 7.00 – 8.30 pm
Ruma Wai Kahu, The Rees Hotel Queenstown

Register to secure your seat. Koha donations will support the Queenstown Trails Trust.

Parking: Limited parking is available at the hotel, level 3 and level 4.

Sick of sitting stuck in traffic, but don't feel safe ducking around it on your bike?

Join our Catalyst Kōrero with one of the world's leading urban designers, Skye Duncan, to discuss how we could redesign our streets and public spaces – "the connective tissue of our community" – to make our congested, turbocharged town more liveable.

The Lightfoot Initiative will update us on progress (and challenges) already happening here. Koha going to Queenstown Trails Trust's Southern Corridor bike trail. Because it's still some $300,000 short…
