The best winter’s morning = a delicious coffee and wrapping up in a stunning Ruanui Station blanket ☕️🙌

So many elements within The Woodshed have been lovingly handcrafted using locally sourced timber.

Tōtara and macrocarpa line the walls, while walnut takes centre stage in our butcher’s block, bathroom vanity, bedside tables and bed frame, each piece built by a talented and dear family friend.

There’s a beautiful kind of warmth only timber can bring that feels grounding, calming and made to be felt 🤎

Wake up to this view 🌿

Tucked beneath the Ruahine Ranges, a stay at The Woodshed Cabin is all about slow mornings, fresh air, and breath-taking views. Think coffee in bed as the mist lifts, birdsong through open doors, and evenings wrapped in blankets watching the sunset.

If you’re craving a reset, this is your sign ✨
