Lovely having my mates hang out with me but they do get in the way. My wheelbarrow was heavy enough to push without these hens coming along for the ride!!!!!

A gorgeous winters day at Kaiteriteri beach. Had a swim and can confirm the water was very very cold😆

Our neighbour kindly helped us remove two rows of unhealthy citrus trees yesterday. Without his help we would have been digging for weeks! Plan is to replant citrus, probably lemons.

Really happy with how our tangelo trees and fruit are looking. We halved the size of them about 18 months ago and thinned them out a lot to increase airflow. They’re now abundant with great looking fruit and we can reach them all to pick!

Ducks had a huge worm feast when I grubbed up the grass and added our homemade compost to extend the berry garden. It’s not easy creating a garden with these guys waiting for every dig! Loved their company.
