Forage Restaurant enters with a creation built for indulgence: the Messy Mouth Burger. Honey-glazed fried chicken, molten truffle cheddar, and fermented chili sauce, layered into a brown butter brioche bun from Dough Bakery. Available 3–23 August for lunch & dinner at Forage Restaurant, Mövenpick Wellington. Some flavours are worth getting a little messy for.

The perfect back to work pick me up. Forage Kitchen + Bar January cocktail of the month is a refined take on a lemon meringue tart. A summery blend of limoncello, fresh lemon, a touch of vanilla and soft, cloud like foam.
