📢Attention ASU Banga Campus Students!
Get ready for the 1st Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027!
Enrollment will officially open to ALL YEAR LEVELS on July 27 to August 7, 2026.

We encourage everyone to process and complete their enrollment at the earliest possible opportunity.

📝Enrollment Procedure Checklist
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
1. Assessment: Proceed to the Student Enrolment Committee (SEC) of your department/program with your original requirements.
• New Students: Prepare SF9/Form 138-A, Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials, TOR, Certificate of Good Moral Character, Medical Certificate, PSA Birth Certificate, and Notice of Admission.
• Old Students: Prepare approved clearance for the last term, complete class cards, plan of coursework (if irregular), and any applicable forms like Leave of Absence or re-entry endorsements.
2. Registration Form (RF): Secure and sign four (4) printed copies of your RF from the SEC. Note: BS Nursing students must also pay the RLE fee at the Cashier’s Office.
3. Validation: Bring your RF and complete requirements to the Registrar’s Office for approval.
4. Finalize: Secure three (3) copies of your stamped, officially enrolled RF and your class cards from the Registrar’s Office.
5. Submission: Submit one copy of your stamped RF to the OSAS and another to your Dean’s Office (via the SEC).

Important Note: Incomplete requirements will not be accepted. Please ensure all documents are ready for submission.

Are you an irregular student?
Please proceed directly to your respective Department/Program Chair for assessment and evaluation before proceeding to the Registrar to have your RF stamped.

Need your Library Card? You may visit the University Library on the Main Campus for application and validation after completing your enrollment.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) conducted 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫-𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐦 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 on May 27–28, 2026, at Bel-Is Cove Beach Resort in Buruanga, Aklan.

The activity began with a faculty meeting led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗥. 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗮, CAS Dean, where updates on the college’s accomplishments, ongoing initiatives, and future plans were presented. The discussions reaffirmed CAS’s commitment to continuously improving its academic programs and services.

The seminar-workshop featured three learning sessions. 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗞𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗜. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮 facilitated the session on developing concept proposals for basic research projects, followed by a writeshop and presentation of research outputs from the different programs and departments.

On the second day, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮. 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗣. 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗼, Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences Chair, led a session on workplace emotional wellness, highlighting the importance of recognizing and managing anxiety and stress in the workplace.

This was followed by a discussion on curriculum updates facilitated by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗢. 𝗣𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗼-𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼, CAS Curriculum Chair, which focused on recent developments in higher education and curriculum enhancement.

Open forums after each session provided opportunities for meaningful discussions and the exchange of ideas among faculty and staff.

The activity concluded with closing remarks from 𝗗𝗿. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗙. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿, CAS Research Chair, who emphasized the value of continuous personal and professional development and expressed her appreciation to all participants for making the two-day event productive and successful.

The gathering served as a valuable opportunity for the CAS community to strengthen collaboration, enhance professional competencies, and reaffirm its commitment to academic excellence. #
