Please read this brief guide to the terms and conditions of staying and booking with Espasyo's Private Resort. By booking with us, you AGREE that you have read the Terms and Conditions, set out in this document. NOTICE
In compliance with government guidelines and industry recommendations, we have implemented some safety measures to protect our guests and staff. DEFINITIONS
- "Management" and "We" means Espasyo's Private Resort. This includes the resort owners and employees of Espasyo's Private Resort.
- "Property" means all the resorts owned by Espasyo's Private Resort.
- "Guest(s)" and "You" means: (i) the person(s) visiting and staying at Espasyo's Private Resort the person(s) making the booking. GENERAL
This section outlines the rules that must be followed at all times on Espasyo's Private Resort property. Should guests violate any of the following rules, management has the right to evict guests from the property with no refund:
1. The use and/or possession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the property.
2. There is no smoking inside the room, it is OK to smoke in the open space of the property.
3. WE are PET FRIENDLY RESORT. We love Pets. All the guest need to follow rules and regulations during your stay. Pets will not be allowed to leave at any time. Please use leash/cage if needed. PETS are not allowed to roam freely outside the premises. Management will not be held liable for any injuries, loss, sickness, or death that may happen to your pet(s).
4. Absolute maximum of 30 pax
Any excess of the absolute maximum will be denied entry.
5. We require the Guest to be check. During CHECK IN TIME:
Our staff will use Metal Detector as per requirement of the resort to enter to our premises (for Safety Purposes)

- GUEST are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable manner at all times. Should the guests become unruly, disrespectful or verbally abusive towards our staff, management has the right to evict them from the property with no refund.
6. During CHECK OUT TIME:
- Guests shall be held responsible for the proper use of the facilities including furniture, appliances, and equipment. Management reserves the right to hold the guests liable for any damages and/or loss of property. Damages and breakages must be reported to the caretaker. Guests must settle their liabilities before leaving the resort's premises.
7. Please OBSERVE CLEANLINESS Management will charge a cleaning fee of ₱1,000.00 or more for excessive dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
8. Our resorts do not serve food and/or drinks. Management will not be held liable for food poisoning that may occur from food and/or drinks brought in by the guests.
9. Management shall be free from any damages, liability, or responsibility as a result of any unlawful and/or wrongful act committed by the guests.
10. Management shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries or any untoward incident that may occur while inside the resort premises.
11. Guests must inform the caretaker if they plan to decorate or post for a special occasion. He/she will do the installation for the guest (e.g. banners, streamers, balloons).
12. Do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Management shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. SWIMMINGPOOL RULES:
- Swimming ATTIRE is allowed
Heavy clothes ( Street clothes, jeans, etcs. are not recommended, Difficult to swim, which increases the risk of drowning)
- SHOWER before entering the pool
- Do not use the pool while intoxicated (drunk).
- Children (14 and under) must be accompanied by an adult while swimming at all times
- NO diving
- NO running
- NO Pushing
- NO rough play
- NO food or drinks allowed in the pool area.
- NO glass or breakable containers in the pool area.
13. For safety reasons, guests are prohibited from bringing in any type of stove and propane tanks (e.g. Butane stove, electric stove, “Superkalan”). OUTDOOR KITCHEN. (All Equipped to use) As we provided the above items in our own kitchen
***Surcharges applied for stove use of Php 500 per day. OUTDOOR BATHROOM:
We have 2 comfort rooms and 2 shower rooms for our guest to use. Entertainment Room:
Our "VIDEOKE ROOM" is open from 8am till 10pm. Other sound amplifying equipment is PROHIBITED after 10:00PM. This is in accordance with the mandatory law set by the local government. Resort Rates:
All In Day Time rates: 13k
From 8am till 6pm ( 10 hrs.) All In Night Time rates: 16k
From: 8pm till 6am (10 hrs.) EXTENSION HOURS RATE:
